Upon arrival, please present yourself to the ladies at Ground Floor reception - Maree, Margaret, Gina.
The Brisbane Clinic is conveniently located just behind Brisbane Central Station, and many clients prefer therefore to use public transport - Queensland Rail or Bus - alighting at Brisbane Central Station. Wickham Terrace is parallel to Turbot Street and Astor Terrace - and is situated between these two roads.
Brisbane Clinic is on Wickham Terrace - directly behind Brisbane Central Station. Come out of the station through the rear entrance, up the stairs or use the lift, cross across the road to your left (Wickham Terrace), and turn downhill (along Wickham Terrace) to your right. The Clinic is just down from Silverton Place (CopyCat Design & Printing is on the top corner of Silverton Place). Brisbane Clinic is the second building down from Silverton Place, and directly before the Inchcolm Hotel. There is a telephone booth, bench and post-box right out the front of the Brisbane Clinic. You will see the name-plate for Dr Louise M Blundell at the front entrance to the left, among other Doctors with practices at the Clinic.
For first appointments, it would be helpful if you could arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment - to allow time to complete a personal details summary with the ladies at the front desk. Please remember to bring your Medicare, OSHC (Overseas Student Health Care), DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs) Card and your referral letter and/or Mental Health Care Plan, to enable you to access Medicare, Health Fund or DVA rebates, if you are wishing to do so. First appointments typically take between 50 and 60 minutes so please allow for this when parking.

1) Discounted under cover parking is available at 28 Astor Terrace Car Park for Brisbane Clinic attendees - only on presentation of a discount voucher* at the time of payment of carparking fees.

2) 2-hour metred parking can also usually be found directly on Wickham Terrace (on both sides - but particularly directly in front of the multi-storey carpark. It is necessary to do a very careful u-turn on Wickham Terrace to access these spaces). Metred parking is also sometimes available along Wharf Street and Henry Street, and along Turbot Street from 9am to 4pm ONLY (between Edward and Wharf Street).
The cost for metred parking is around $4 per hour. It is recommended that two hours parking be prepaid for you to attend your appointment, to avoid fines should you not quite make it back within the hour.
**Please note: Roadside parking on Turbot Street has a Clearway restriction during peak hours, 6am to 9am and 4pm to 7pm. Parking is not allowed during these times, with cars regularly towed from this area.**
3) There is also a multi-storey long-stay carpark accessible from Turbot Street or Wickham Terrace/Creek Street. Before 9.30am it is usually possible to get Early Bird parking at $25 per day (if you leave 3pm to 6pm). Otherwise, parking costs are currently:

Wheelchair/Disability Access :
If you require wheelchair or disability access - please advise myself or the ladies at reception when booking your appointment so that we can ensure that you are not left waiting for assistance if needed. There is a lift at the rear of the Brisbane Clinic building, with Brisbane City Psychology being on the Lower Ground Floor, and therefore just one small level up from the carpark.
The rear Brisbane Clinic Carpark is accessible from Cousins Street, with rear building access from the carpark. The Carpark is directly at the bottom of Cousins street (off Astor Terrace, which is parallel to Wickham Terrace). Taxis and drop-off vehicles can sit briefly in the carpark for drop-off only. They are not permitted to park or wait in this carpark, as Doctors from the clinic enter and leave this carpark frequently throughout the day. Access must therefore not be blocked by taxis, and the small number of Doctors' carparks may not be used by others.
Once you have arrived, or alighted from your transport vehicle, please press the bell to the right of the glass sliding door and someone will remotely open the door and allow you access to the internal lift.
